We are a Prosci® Authorised Training Provider (ATP) and offer a number of training sessions in change. We use methods and tools developed by Prosci®, based on research of change projects implemented by almost 2600 organisations in 65 countries since 1998. The methods are effective, holistic and easy to use on any type of change. Prosci® is world-renowned for The Prosci® ADKAR method that brings individuals and organisations through change where resistance is minimised and the process is accelerated.
