We have great experience with creating a strong connection to what is happening in change processes and how mindfulness can bring an individual efficiently through the change process.

HUMAN UNIVERZ and mindfulness have always walked hand in hand and the more conscious approach with additional focus on the irrational and holistic was one of the reasons why Sofie Skjold Halkjær established HUMAN UNIVERZ. In all our services, several mindfulness principles are integrated, such as "Stop" exercises.
